Former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star Selena Gomez is getting ready to launch her new perfume, joining the ranks of other tween idols such as Taylor Swift and even her own boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

According to People, Selena’s new fragrance – which will be called Selena Gomez --  is due out in May and will feature hints of raspberry, chocolate, purple freesia and vanilla and come in a decorative bottle shaped like a gown with balloons on top.

The notes in the fragrance are heavily influenced by votes from Selena’s fans and ten of her fans even joined her in New York and helped her create the final scent.

The scent is “really strong and also very feminine,” Gomez said. “I’m in a place right now where I love intoxicating feelings … you just can’t get enough of it, you want more.”

But is the teen fragrance department already crowded? Here’s a comparison some of the other top teen-idol inspired scents on the market:

Taylor Swift- Wonderstruck ($18 to $59.50)

The pop country singer described her fragrance—which debuted last fall-- as having “warm, spicy tones” and “caramel notes,” according to Taste of Country.

Katy Perry- Meow! ($45 to $65)

The “Teenage Dream” singer’s fragrance comes in a pink, cat-shaped bottle and includes ingredients like honeysuckle and pear with the backdrop of creamy vanilla, musk and amber.

Jordin Sparks- Because Of You ( $14 to $55 )

The “American Idol” champion launched her signature scent, Because of You, last fall – and, according to Seventeen, the you refers to her amazing and supportive fans as a special and meaningful way to pay tribute. Boasting top notes of clementine, orange blossom and white imperial currant, the scent includes hints of orchid and coral charm peony, sheer musks and  vanilla bean.

 Justin Bieber- Someday ($18 to $45)

The teen heartthrob gives you a faux key to his heart via this heart-topped perfume bottle that comes with a crystal-encrusted, heart-shaped removable charm. The scent features a list of fruity notes that includes mandarin, juicy pear, wild berries, jasmine, creamy florals, vanilla and soft musks.
 

Philadelphia area Selena Gomez fans can find her new fragrance at local Macy’s stores starting in May.
